Clayton Prescott Services provides technical consulting expertise to business partners in a broad range of industries including Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Sales. Our team consists of professional system architects, project managers, and software engineers.

We specialize in the development and delivery of the following types of projects:

Integrated Systems Projects. Projects that require integration between multiple systems including mainframe, ERP, CRM, relation databases, email servers, web services, EDI, XML, messaging, and application servers. Our team designs and implements solutions that integrate these disparate systems into a centralized application, while preserving most of the business logic in the existing systems. These solutions typically include a web application interface and may also include a hand-held device interface.

High-Risk Projects. Projects that have aggressive timelines, major technical obstacles, or that involve new technology have a high level of risk. Our team has experience delivering high-risk projects on-time and to-specification. The Clayton Prescott Services technical experts know how to mitigate the risk inherent in these projects.

E- Business Projects. Internet and intranet based projects that allow organizations to carry out business. Examples of these projects include:

• external applications to exchange data with business partners

Mentoring Projects. Projects that involve training and mentoring the internal technical staff of an organization. In a mentoring project, our team leads the design and development effort. Internal staff members are also members of the project team. As the project progresses, the Clayton Prescott Services team members prepare the internal staff team members to take over the project. By the end of the project, the internal staff members are ready to support future project efforts.

Clayton Prescott Services provides our business partners with technical expertise in the areas of system architecture, project management, system design, hands-on development, mentoring, and training. Clayton Prescott Services offers our business partners three models for delivering a project:

On-site project team. A Clayton Prescott Services team of technical experts works at the business partner's site to design and develop a system.

On-site team members. Clayton Prescott Services technical experts work at the business partner's site as part of the business partner's project team. Typically a Clayton Prescott Services team member will perform in the role of lead architect, lead developer, or project manager.

Off-site project team. A Clayton Prescott team of technical experts works with the business partner to gather system requirements at the business partner's site. The design and develop of the system takes place at a Clayton Prescott Services facility. However, regular visits to the business partner's site are necessary to clarify requirements, review design, and demonstrate prototypes.
